I have a jacuzzi bathtub made by Lasco and when I turn the jets on black alge comes out? What is it?

They are like sparse flakes and a lot of them!

it is algae, a elementary Algae remover will get rid of it for you, after a couple of treatment's.. just devote oneself to the directions on the label
